Plastic disposable spoons are widely used in foodservice industry and restaurents, for juice/ice-cream/bread/cake spoons, etc. Normally, for one-time use spoons and disposable spoons, the plastic material is PS; plastic spoon mould steel is offen 718H, H13, NAK80, S136, etc. Our company has designed and manufactured different plastic spoon mould for 16-cavity, 24-cavity, 32-cavity and 48-cavity with hot runner system.
Some customers prefer to make plastic knives, plastic spoons and plastic forks in the same one family mould, we could realize it for you, make the cutlery mould with injection runner switch, you could turn the runner switch to choose to produce which products.
Below is one type plastic spoon samples for one of our 32-cavity plastic spoon mould, this mould cavity and core steel is NAK80, YUDO hot runner system. Injected with High Speed Injection Molding Machine, the cycle time is 20s for our plastic spoon mould testing. During real production, could reach 15s-18s.
