Plastic rattan chairs and rattan chair moulds are more and more popular, plastic gas-assisted chairs and gas-assisted chair moulds are in good market too, so, it comes gas-assisted rattan chairs (*^__^*). As I wrote in my previous rattan chair mould blog: rattan chair moulds are more complex than normal chair moulds, and gas-assisted chair moulds are more complex than normal chair moulds, so gas-assisted rattan chair moulds must be more difficult and need more technical points than rattan chair & gas-assisted chair moulds.
Not all plastic injection moulds companies have the experiences on designing and manufacturing gas-assisted rattan chair moulds, LangKo Mould Co.,Ltd has manufactured 3 gas-assisted rattan chair moulds last year on 2015 with success, we have the experiences and equipments to support your projects.
For normal plastic chair moulds, in order to save investment, most of our customers choose P20 steel, but for gas-assisted rattan chair moulds, we suggest to apply at least 718H. Because for rattan out-look, it needs to apply engraving or EDM tooling, 718H steel hardness is higher than P20, it could have more beautiful and more clear rattan out-look, and will be better for mould life.
