IML container moulds need to cooperate with robot, robot puts the labels into the mould cavity side and take out ready containers from the core side. Normally, for plastic container moulds, the injection gate is on the mould cavity side, while for IML container moulds, the injection gate is on the mould core side. For one same container, IML mould dimension is a little bigger than non IML mould.
