Our company have made injection molds over 16 years till now, for the plastic injection chair mold, we could supply rattan chair mold, beach chair mold, children chair mold, office chair mold, bar chair mold, foldable chair mold,etc.
The chair normally use PP material, then you could choose P20/SC45 for the plastic chair mold steel, runner to use cold runner or one tip hot runner. P20 HRC is 28-32, SC45 normally do not have hardness, we will make the pre-hardening, the hardness could be 28-32. We also could supply back interchangeable molds to you. Just change one plate, then you could gain different patten plastic injection chair mold.
And we also have made PC material for the chair mold, then we recommend to use H13/S136 steel with cold/hot runner. As for a long time the surface will be weared, so we recommend to use stainless steel.
For the plastic rattan chair, all rattan surface will making by high precision milling machine, you could use P20/SC45 for the chair. The below rattan chair molds are we made before, the handle are dismountable.
