Normally, for thin-wall ice-cream box moulds, they are in-mold-labeling, thin-wall moulds must be even for thickness, so mould must not be center-off, it requires high precision mould machining and good molding technology. Generally, we apply 718H, H13 or S136 for thin-wall box moulds cavity and core steel, and also for sliders.
Ejection system for ice-cream container moulds will be air ejector or air ejector plus stripper plate. High speed injection molding machine is better for having a short cycle time and for mass production.
