We control quality from steels, spare parts, and apply high precision tooling equipments as: EDM, high precision engraving machine, wire cutting, high precision boring machine, high speed milling machine, deep hole drilling, etc. When each tooling process finishes, we inspect the dimensions and precision to make sure no errors will exist to next steps. Thus to reduce mould manufacturing time, and keep our record that T1 test with success.
