INQUIRY
If you have any ideas for your new products or requirements for moulds, we are very pleased to know the details and work out a detail quotation list for you.

DESIGN
We will make 2D and 3D product design according to your samples. If you have no samples, you could inform us your ideas, your product informations such as: similar sample pictures, dimensions, plastic material, weight, etc., we could try our best to realize your ideas.
After product design confirmation, we start mould design stage, and then send to you for your reference, if you have different ideas on the mould structure design, we could discuss to meet a better design and commun ideas.
 
PROTOTYPE:
If you are not sure for your product design, we could make prototypes first for your better studying.

MANUFACTURE:
1. We will send to our customer “mould tooling schedule”, during manufacturing, we will send mould tooling pictures each 10 days, so customers could know well their moulds status in time.
 
2. For mould testing, we will send to customer “mould testing report” with molding injection parameters, samples pictures, sample inspection report, and testing video, and send to customer tryout samples for checking.

AFTER-SALE-SERVICE:
We take the responsibility of mould quality within guarantee period under the condition that the user running the mould correctly. We also would like to help customers solve any problems after guarantee time, only charge the cost price.
