As for a rich experienced mould factory, we have made many commodity molds, such as box molds, basin molds, etc. And today I will introduce paint bucket mold to you.
Different customers have different requirements, and in the market, there are 5L/10L/16L/18L/20L... buckets, even it may has different graphic pattern on it.
When we received the paint bucket mold orders which confirmed, we will arrange product design at once, and customers normally will show us his/her demands, meanwhile we will offer our professional suggestions to them.
Making paint bucket mold, we usually use P20 steel, P20 hardness is 28-32, guarantee mold life is 200,000 shots, if your annual production is not big, that's enough. About the injection system for paint bucket mold, we have cold runner and hot runner(it has many advantages, such as shorten cycle time, save plastic material and reduce waste, etc.). For the ejector way, we will recommend you eject by ejector pins or air ejection or other ways, it depends on different cases. Before the mold trial, we will inform you the test date, and if convenience, you can come to our factory to see mold trial in person; Or we will send you test video and sample pictures, till the sample approved by you, the mold delivery process will start.
