High quality plastic injection water filter mold

Water filter is widely use in many places, such as household, canteen, restaurant, factory, etc. Normally the water filter is made by many parts, such as plastic body, cap, filter element,o-ring,etc.
For the plastic injection water filter mold, normally we could make body, cap,o-ring and other in plastic molds. For the body mold, some customers will produce with white and transparent color. Then the material could be SAN/PC/PP/PP+GF/PA66+GF/PA6. If you use PP/PP+GF, then the thickness should be 5mm;for SAN material, should be 0.5-0.7mm; PC material should be 0.8mm. As for the water filter, the resistance to pressure is important.
For the water filter cap mold, most customer will use white or deep color. And we also could use SAN/PC/PP/PP+GF/PA66+GF/PA6 etc.
Also have some customer prefer to use pp+calcium carbonate+glass fiber. The water filter will look a little dark, then you could add some master batch.
718/H13/S136 steels could use for water filter mold, as most water filter will have screw on the connect part and out/in part. Normally we will use oil cylinder with unscrewing system. But if your budget is not enough, also could use metal part on the screw part. But the labour costs will increase.
Hot runner, cold runner, valve pin gate are could use for the water filter mold.
