Tyre mould belong to auto part mould. But it is different to other auto parts, tyre material is soft PVC, PP, silicone,etc.
If your material is PVC, then the tyre mould need to use S136 steel. As PVC material is corrosive, S136 steel is a stainless steel, and this steel hardness is 48-52; If you us PP,then 718/H13 is suitable.
According to the structure, we will considered is the tyre mould suitable for full automatic with robot arm, or semi automatic.
