Due to the pallet mould is big, so that it is need to tooling in bigger machines. So that could use P20 steel for the cavity and core. Slider ,insert could use 2316/2738/718 steel. But if you think need to use better steels, 718/H13/S136 are could use.
For pallet mould demould, could use Motor, cylinder, stripper plate, ejector pin etc.
For the pallet mould runner: cold runner and hot runner are could use. Due to the pallet material most in PP and HDPE. But if use hot runner, then it is need to be multi-tip, due to the pallet size is bigger, multi-tip could make when the material flow, the material will not cooling faster.
It is also very important for the pallet mould maintain:
1.if you do not use the mold, before the mold close,keep the mold cavity and core surface clean and spray some antirust paint.
2.Lubricate and grease each sliding part of the pallet mould
3. check the mold spare parts.
