How to reduce cycle time for paint bucket moulds

For plastic injection moulds, a short cycle time is very important, it effects benefits directly. For example: for paint bucket moulds, the cycle time is 45s, in one hour, we could produce 80 paint buckets. If we could reduce the cycle time to 35s, in one hour, could produce 102 paint buckets, 22 buckets more than injected 45s cycle time. You can calculate, one day 8 hours could have 176 buckets more.
How to reduce cycle time for paint bucket moulds? We could consider from 3 ways:
1. Design: injection system with hot runner or insulated gate, could save runner material and save cutting runner time;
with enough cooling channels to have good cooling effects, thus could help to reduce cooling time;
ejection system: side air at the cavity side first to make the bucket remain on the core side, then sliders move out and stripper plate eject the buckets. The 3 actions should work quickly, thus could help to reduce ejection time.
2. Apply with Copper Be at the top of core side for better cooling in order to reduce cooling time, sometimes apply Copper Be for the top of cavity side sliders.
3. Apply with high speed injection machine
