Colorful PP water cup moulds making

For water drinking cups, we mainly apply with PC, food-grade PP, SAN, PET material. Round water cups, square water cups, double-color water cups, water cups with lock-lock lid, transparent water cups, colorful water cups, IML water cups, etc.
Today, we discuss on PP water cups and PP water cup moulds. PP material does not of the same transparent as PC/PET/SAN material, so normally we apply with P20, 718H for PP water cup moulds cavity and core steel. We could make PP cup moulds from 1-cavity to 8-cavity. If you want a beautiful surface and do not prefer a big injection gate, hot runner pin-point gate system and valve gate system are widely used. Ejection system will be stripper plate system for multi-cavity cup moulds.
