Bobbin mold is widely use in different industries, such like electronics, toys, stationery, hardware, packaging, printing and other industries. Bobbin mold is mainly used for the production of coil, that is, the wire or cable rolled up tools, widely used in a variety of mechanical equipment.
For the bobbin mold, we could supply 1/2/4/8/12/16/18/24/36/52/64..cavities. And the mold steel could use P20/718/H13/S136/2344/1.2738 etc, mold base SC45/LKM/HASCO...
To make a bobbin mold, here are few steps:
1. Product and mold design: we will make the design according to the sample and customer’s requirements. Include the each cavity position, lay out etc. The mold size will make according to customer machine data.
2. For the bobbin material: as the material different, so that better to confirm one material to produce. Due to different material shrinkage will be different.
3. Bobbin mold tooling:rough tooling, precision tooling, deep hole drilling, high speed milling,wire cutting,etc.Each week we will share you the process pictures to let you know the mold process.
4. Mold assemble: after tooling, we will assemble all spare parts and plates. Then we will matching it with red lead, if some parts did not matching, we will polish and match until all parts are connect.
5. Mold trial: We have one set 328T and 140T injection machine in our factory. So if the bobbin mold size suitable. Then we will trial in our machine directly, if not , we will arrange to trial in our cooperate partner factory. And for the trial, if you have time, you could come, and check. If not, we will share you the video and send the sample to you.
6. Sample check: if you receive the sample, and think the product is ok, do not have any part need to improve. Then we will prepare bobbin mold deliver.
7. Pack: Mold pack will share you the mold picture and packing picture to you.
When you received mold and trial, if here are any problem in machine operate, you could feel free to share your operate data and video to us. We will check with our engineer and supply a solved way online directly.
