Thinwall box mold problems and solve way

Thinwall product are widly used in packing box, disposable cup, cutlery, medicine boxes, cosmetics, stationery. During the thinwall box mold testing, there are some problems and solve way:
1. Due to the box thickness is thin, and the bottom and sides are do not have ribs, so when it produce, the box will have little out of shape. We could reduce the thinwall box mold temperature and holding.
2. It is easy to have burr on the side, could add clamping force, reduce material temperature, reduce injection pressure, and reduce the holding time and pressure.
3. Short shot: could make the thinwall box mold gate bigger on the machine, and add injection weight &pressure.
4. Shrinkage: due to the thinwall is not same, could adjust the tinwall box mold calmping block, increase the material temperature, increase the injection pressure and prolong the holding time.
5. Have welding line: Increase the temperature of the material and increase the temperature of the mold.
6. Side surface scratch: could add little draft angle
