As a rich experienced mold maker, we could make different kinds and shapes of plastic injection paint bucket mold to you. Such as 500ml, 1l, 2l,3l, 4l, 5l, 6l, 10l, 16l, 20l, 26l, 35l to you according to your requirements.
For the plastic injection paint bucket mold, it could use P20, 718, 718h, H13, S136 as mold steel. If  your annuel output is not very large,  P20 mold steel is a good choice. Normally we will use SC45/1.1730 as mold base, the injection system you could use cold runner or hot runner two kinds. If you want to make the cooling better, we advice you to make a Cube insert on the bucket rear side and the bottom of the bucket.
 

 
For the way of ejection, could eject by ejector pin, or ejector pin and air ejection.
If you want to produce the transparent color bucket, we will supply mirror polish to you. And all polish are made by hand.
