Normally the basin material is PP/PET/PC, we recommend you to use P20,718H as PP/PET basin mold steel. For PC, if you produce the transparent color, it is better to use 718H,S136,H13,NAK80 as mold steel. For the gate. If you do not want to make the gate mark big, we could make pin point gate or insulated gate for your plastic basin mold. For the demold way, we could use air ejector and center ejector or stripper plate or ejector pin.
