2. Under low temperature. low speed and low pressure, when the product is not full of glue, the mold injection molding flash has already occurred. The main reasons may be: the injection mold manufacturing accuracy is not enough and the matching gap is too large.
3. Excessive injection pressure will enhance the ability of the melt to penetrate the mold matching gap,.resulting in the generation of mold injection molding flash.
4. The injection speed is too fast (leading to oversaturation of filling). Too fast speed and too large injection pressure.
5. Insufficient strength of the mold. When the design strength of the mold is insufficient, when the mold is injection molded, the mold cavity will deform and expand after bearing the pressure of the plastic melt, and the colloid will penetrate into the gap of the mold, resulting in flash.
6. The mold temperature is too high. High mold temperature can not only keep the plastic in good fluidity and reduce pressure loss, but also reduce the strength of the mold, and also cause the generation of flash during mold injection molding.
7. Unreasonable product design. It will also cause the product to shrink during mold injection molding, and thus inevitably generate flash during the machine adjustment process.
