Next, will introduce the process of cup mold making stages to you.
The process involves several stages, from design to production and finally, to the finished product.
Firstly, the design stage involves creating a CAD model of the cup, and we will provide all kinds of file format which you want.
After the cup design confirmed by customer, we will make cup mold drawing right now. And as long as cup mold drawing also confirmed by customer, this stage finished.
Then, we prepare mold steel to produce. According to different mold size, this period needs 3-8 days for waiting. And we arrange mould maker to make cup mold as final mould drawing.
Secondly, through CNC milling, tresis, wire cut EDM, engraving, boring mill, etc. tooling, till to mold fitting, polish. The cup mold comes out. We test the mold later.
Finally, put cup mold on injection machine to produce cups. Each color we can adjust, then pour into machine material barrel. The mold master modify the machine technical data.
The plastic material is then forced into the mold, shaping the cup. After cooling down, the mold opens and the finished cup is removed.
