1. Material of Plastic and Steel
We usually use PP or HDPE for the crate material. We select the suitable steel according to the different crate types and plastic folding crate mould life. Generally, there are P20, 718H, H13, S136 and NAK80 and other steel materials are also available.
P20 hardness is 28-32, plastic folding crate mould guarante life is 200,000 shots.
718H hardness is 30-35, plastic folding crate mould guarante life is 350,000 shots.

2. Hot runner and Cold runner system

Hot runner include valve pin gate, big water gate and point pin gate etc.

3.Crate ejection method
The crate will be ejectored by stripper plate.
(1)The stripper plate is controlled by hydraulic cylinders.
(2)The stripper plate is controlled by ejector rod of the injection machine (machine ejection).
(3)The stripper plate is controlled by tie-bars of the plastic folding crate mould.
Different ejector methods will affect the price of plastic folding crate mould.
4. Cooling system
