For the thinwall box molds, normally the box thickness is less than 1mm.And it is always have good market, due to now many people are like to go or take out.

The thinwall box molds need to run in high speed machine, so that it is need very good cooling system and the mold steel hardness need to be harder. Normally we will use S136 steel to make the mold, the hardness is around 48-52. And the cooling time will be around 7-13s.

Due to the thickness is less than normal products, so that the tooling is more precision. We need to control the size tolerance, if the two sides tolerance is too much,then the product easy have flash.

For the thinwall box molds demold way, normally we will choose to use stripper plate with air ejector. The cycle time could be 7-13s, if you think the cycle time is too long, then could make the cavity/core as BECU, then the cooling time will shorter than we estimate.
