Crate has a huge marketin all of the world.As it is have multi-use. In supermarket, it is widely use in transport bread,milk,eggs,drinks,and so on. In the vegetable market, it is widely use in transport vegetable, fruit, seafood, and other foods. In the factory, it is also will use for storage. And this crates are in different shape. Most of the crates are made by injecton crate mold.
We also have made different shape and pattern crate mold, please check with the below sample pictures.
Most crate material are in PP/HDPE, then you could use P20 as mold material. P20 steel crate mold guarantee mold life is 200,000 shots. But with the right operate, the real life will have 2-5 times longer. If your demend is huge, then you could use 718 steel. We also could use 718 with chrome platting or nitriding for your crate mold. Chrome plating have better anti-rust effect. Nitriding the hardness will harder than 718. But if your crate structure is very complex, then we recommend you to use H13/S136 steel. This two steel are need to quench, so not easy to be rust.
