Plastic crate mould with BeCu

For some plastic crates, some areas are thick or deep that could not make good water cooling system on the mould steel, so the cooling effect will not be so good, it will effect on mould cycle time and product ourter surface looking, plastic parts will have big shrinkage. In order to improve cooling for these areas, we will make BeCu on this mentioned area for your plastic crate mould -- Plastic crate mould with BeCu.
We have manufactured coke crate mould with BeCu, stacking crate mould with BeCu, foldable crate mould with BeCu, plastic interchangeable crate moulds with BeCu, pallet mould with BeCu, etc.
For plastic crate mould, normally apply with P20, 718H, H13, 1.2344 steels for plastic crate moulds’ cavity and core steel according to customer’s mould life requirement. If you produce plastic crates with recycled material—recycled PP, HDPE, recycled PP+HDPE, etc., we suggest to make this crate mould with cold runner big direct gate, to avoid impurities blok up injection gate, and cold runner system is more economical than hot runner system.
