For the bucket mold pating line, it is always be the bucket sides, and then we will make a product design and mold design to you.After you confirmed the mold design, we will start to make the mold.
After the mold assembling, we will try the bucket mold, will not produce full first, will add injection weight little by little to check if the mold flow is same or not. If not same, we will check the bucket thickness and adjust the lock block. And then produce the full set.
And for demold way for the bucket mold, you could use center ejector with air ejector or only air ejector.
For the bcuekt mold polish and texture, we could polish the top of the bucket and inner bottom. And the bucket outside make texture. But if you need to produce transparent color bucket, then we will mirror polish the mold.
