I. Overview

The injection laundry bucket mold is a high-precision, high-efficiency production tool that uses injection molding technology to create laundry buckets with specific shapes and sizes by precisely controlling the injection, cooling, and solidification processes of plastic. 2. Structural composition

The injection laundry bucket mold usually consists of two parts: a movable mold and a fixed mold. The movable mold is installed on the moving template of the injection molding machine, and the fixed mold is installed on the fixed template. During injection molding, the movable mold and the fixed mold are closed to form the pouring system and cavity, and when the mold is opened, they are separated to take out the formed laundry bucket.

Ejector pin:The ejector pin is used to eject the product from the mold cavity. Ejection principle: The external force for
ejection comes from the injection molding machine.The push rod of the injection molding machine pushes the ejector
plate, and the ejector plate drives the ejector pin to push the product out.
Air ejector:Using air valve control and the principle of air diffusion, the product can fall off in an instant to achieve
an automated effect.In a closed vacuum state,it is easier to use an air ejector relative to the ejector pin.
Center ejector:It can be used together with the air ejector. When the air enters the sealed space, use the ejector rod
to push it out.
Stripper plate:Scope of application: thin-walled products and some products that do not allow traces of ejector pins.
The push-out force is even, the ejection is stable, and the plastic products are not easy to deform and crack.
