The good balance for the blade fan mold

During making the blade fan mold, the balance is most important--keep the each blade weight is close( a little tolerance). If the weight have big difference, then when we use the blade, it will have big noise and shake.
There have many place need to use blade fan, and it is made by different material.
1.Household blade fan mold: It is usually use PC,ABS,SAN,PP. And most household blade fan are need transparent color, we will make the high mirror polish for it.
2.Auto parts blade fan mold: It is usually use PA66+GF30%, ABS.
For mould cavity and core steel, you could use 718/H13/S136/NAK80/2344/2738 etc.
mold base steel:SC45/LKM;
injection system: cold runner/hot runner/three plate.
If you use hot runner, and do not have other requirement for it, we will use local hot runner and temperature controller to you. If yes, we also could supply Yudo, HASCO, Synventive, Anole, Mold-master, etc.
Each time blade fan mold try running, we will make the blade fan balance test. The household blade fan will test on the similar kind electric fan, and the auto parts blade fan will test on the balance test machine. (https://youtu.be/4CXeq1sPsN0)
